Now that we are in full fledged summer mode (on our side of the world) - our day to day’s can get quite busy. We all know the importance of a consistent self-practice - making sure that we carve out time to dedicate to ourselves to turn inwards, reflect spiritually and become aware of how our bodies are feeling. Without those little touch points (with ourselves), we can often feel overwhelmed or out of touch.

So today, we’ve decided to share with you 8 Yoga Channels You Should Follow so that when you do catch a moment - you can dive into your self-practice in the comfort of your own home.

1. Yoga With Adrienne

Adriene Mishler is an actress, writer, international yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. On a mission to get the tools of yoga into schools and homes, Adriene hosts the YouTube channel Yoga With Adriene, an online community of over 5 million subscribers. Yoga With Adriene provides high quality practices on yoga and mindfulness at no cost to inspire people of all ages, shapes and sizes across the globe.

2. Yoga With Kassandra

Kassandra is an Ottawa-based Yoga Instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. She started her practice in 2008 as a way to become more flexible and learn to manage stress and anxiety. Little did she know, in a few short years - she would have the privilege of becoming a teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others.

Kassandra’s channel consists of a ton of content surrounding well-being from Everyday Yoga Tutorials to sit down chats on topics like Coping with Anxiety and her Top Ten Self Care Practices.

Created by Amber Karnes, Body Positive Yoga is low-pressure, judgment-free yoga for big bodies, creaky joints, and beginners. It's taught by a big yogi with a "big asana" and a big heart!

You are probably familiar with Yoga International’s award-winning streaming media organization. Their mission is to inspire people around the world to practice and heal as individuals and communities.

Candace is the best-selling author of Namaslay®, available at Barnes and Noble and on Amazon. She is an international yoga instructor and the writer behind the popular yoga lifestyle blog http://www.yogabycandace.com.

6. Sarah Beth Yoga

Sarah Beth launched weekly high-quality videos focused on different pain points, so you can address them specifically within your practice. Sarah Beth also has an app that you can download to keep track of your journey!

Yoga Journal is known to be the go-to yoga resource and they’ve been around for over 35 years! Their channel houses yoga in a more wholesome manner with executing the practice both on and off the mat with videos like Meditation for After Savasana, Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water and a 5 Minute Guided Meditation for Finding Your Center.

Faith Hunter is a DC/New York City based yoga and meditation instructor that also rocks the world as a fierce wellness lifestylist, sprinkled with a dash of Louisiana charm. She created her channel to share her Spiritually Fly™ way of life.

Faith’s channel is more meditation centric, giving you high-quality audio clips that you can tune into while you unwind from your practice.
