Join Kat Cynewski for an immersive 7 dayYoga retreat and Soul Revival in beautiful Bali. Using a journey through the chakras we will focus on gaining clarity and healing imbalances in our body and mind. Each day of the retreat we will focus on a different chakra starting at the root and moving all the way up to the crown. Workshops will correlate with the flow of the chakras as we get in touch with foundations and ground down and later weave in a heart healing backbending workshop.

Journey through the energetic balancing of the body to awaken clarity on who you are and what you want out of life. We'll use journaling and supportive meditations to align the choices we make with beliefs we have about our lives while deepening our Yoga practice.

During our 7 night, 8 day retreat we will be based in both Ubud's famous rice fields and near Canggu's popular lively beachfront. In between group workshops, classes and tours enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our retreat centres, hang by the pool, take a mindfulness walk, indulge in a massage, explore nearby vibrant towns, waterfalls, temples and so much more!

 

YOGA & WORKSHOPS

What can you expect from Kat's daily yoga classes?

A combination of creative and powerful flows in Kat’s classes with intention weaved throughout.

​

Workshop 1: Root Chakra Intensive and Foundations Flow

We will be getting back to the basics and deep dive the foundational poses in our flow practice. By checking in with our alignment in the poses we repetitively do (chaturanga, warriors, triangle, lunges, backbends, etc.) and workshopping where we may be off in our alignment. You will gain a deeper knowledge of your bodies tendencies and learn what you can begin working on in your personal practice to keep your body performing at its optimal capability. 

 

Workshop 2: Heart Chakra Intensive

In this backbending workshop will build the foundations to a healthy and safe heart opening practice while we discover the mechanics that will allow you to move towards deeper backbends and unique variations. ​

• 5 Nights in Ubud at Nirmala Retreat

• 2 Nights in Canggu at Samadi Retreat

• Delicious vegetarian meals including daily breakfast, 5 lunches and 6 dinners including a farewell dinner in Canggu town

• Visit to the Holy Water Spring Temple and its two bathing places that are over 1000 years old to receive good health and prosperity, restore your soul from the spring water's curative powers with private tour guide

• Traditional Balinese cooking class with buffet lunch, spiritual offering lesson, and local market visit 

• Kecak Fire dance - a traditional Balinese dance depicting a story of their Gods in Ubud town (including transport)

• Travel Insurance (medical, covid coverage & trip cancellation) is mandatory to protect you in case of any unforeseen emergencies. Proof of purchase is required before trip departure. This is especially important in Bali as its known for volcanic activities that may impede travel.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A $500 USD Non Refundable initial deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

​

Please note, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

• Initial deposits are strictly non refundable.

• If cancelled 90 days before the Retreat start date, your initial deposit may be transferable to another retreat.  

• If cancelled 60 days or less prior to the Retreat start date, 100% of the Retreat price is forfeited.

• If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, full payment of the Retreat price will apply.

 

Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so.  You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart along with travel agent details to assist you with your flight booking (or you may book your flight on your own).

​An information package will be sent 15 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list and trip details.

​IMPORTANT COVID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter Bali, you need to be fully vaccinated and show a complete (full dose) COVID-19 vaccine card/certificate (printed/digital) that has been done minimum 14 days before departure date written in English.

​IMPORTANT COVID DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS:

ALL US air travellers returning to the US need a negative Covid-19 test taken within ONE days of their departing flight.
