This past year filled our minds and our hearts with uncertainty, fear, grief, anxiety and an influx of negative emotions. We experienced trauma as a collective in some way or form. While there’s still some uncertainty in the air, it feels like we’re finally regaining some resemblance of normality and there’s a budding sense of optimism sprouting. Some of us are feeling excited with a renewed sense of hope, while others are feeling anxious about re-emerging into this “new world” and all of these feelings are valid.
On the Awaken and Ascend retreat with Chocolako, we’re honoring your place in this time of transition, wherever that may be. There’s healing to be done and resilience to be rebuilt, so you can reconnect with your inner energy and move forward with renewed confidence, fortitude, and joy.
This transition period is an ideal time to retreat with us for 3 nights, 4 days in Sedona, AZ as we realign to ourselves once again. We’ll practice yoga, immerse ourselves in the nature and the incredible energy of Sedona, connect with each other and experience in a Sacred HeartSong Drumming circle.
ITINERARY
DAY 1
Arrival day!
We’ll pick you up from the airport and take you to our retreat centre to check-in and meet your hosts Chocolako & Azma
Settle in and join us for an Opening Ceremony to set intentions, meditate and gently move our bodies as the sun sets.
A welcome dinner to connect with new friends!
RETREAT LOCATION
Known for not only the red rock formations and endless geological wonders that surround it, the town of Sedona has long been considered one of the most sacred and magical places in the world. It’s said to contain a number of energy vortexes that help to heal, transform, and connect spiritually. These vortex areas can also promote feelings of inspiration, rejuvenation, energy, and clarity.
It’s also a place for outdoor adventurers with a plethora of hikes, climbing and activities available. Our retreat center is situated in the valley of Oak Creek, with a majestic view of Cathedral Rock. With Eight Bedrooms, Six Baths, a Fully Appointed Kitchen with Service for 20, 6,700 square feet of living space, Wi Fi, Direct TV, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Covered Deck, 1.7 Acres of fenced yard, and Breathtaking Views, this special vacation retreat and sanctuary will ensure a memorable experience for all.
WORKSHOP
Fluid Immersion for Mind, Body and Spirit
In this workshop, Chocolako will highlight some of the benefits of flowing with ease on and off the mat. From this workshop, you can expect to understand the cycle of thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, attitudes and responses throughout your life. Chocolako will also cover effective ways to make vibrational shifts toward radically manifesting your desires through mind, body and spirit.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $350 USD Non Refundable deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the retreat start date. If you book within 45 days of the retreat, full payment is due.
Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart along with travel agent details to assist you with your flight booking (or you may book your flight on your own).
An information package will be sent 15 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list and trip details.
All deposits & payments are non refundable.
IMPORTANT: To attend this retreat, you must show proof of a negative COVID-19 Test, vaccination or antibodies within 72 hours prior to the Retreat. Please carefully read all of our COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures that will be implemented and we will require you to follow.
